Unit owners at Wilderness Resort Villas will enjoy the maintenance free environment where all exterior cabin maintenance and the grounds are cared for by management company personnel. As a unit owner, you will be a member of the resort's townhome association. Resort Unit Rentals:
When you have not reserved your cabin or log home for your use, the Wilderness Resort Villa management team will endeavor to rent your unit to other carefully screened resorters and vacationers. Sixty-five percent (65%) of the proceeds generated from rentals will be paid to you, with thirty-five percent (35%) paid to the management company to pay for the costs of resort marketing and advertising, housekeeping, and resort maintenance. Your revenues from rental will help pay for the cost of your cabin or log home.
